The Lodi office of the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB) is at 3021 Reynolds Ranch Pkwy, Suite 130, Lodi, CA 95240, phone 209-948-7759. It holds hearings and conferences for California workers' compensation cases that are legally venued there. The DWC ZIP code locator can show which office currently serves an address, but venue is a legal question, not a locator result. Check your hearing notice, or call the office, to confirm where your case is set.
This office is where the California Workers' Compensation Appeals Board hears workers' compensation cases filed for Lodi and nearby San Joaquin and Stanislaus County communities.
The office is run by the Division of Workers' Compensation (DWC). It holds hearings and settlement conferences, and it houses two DWC service units described below. The facts on this page come from the official DWC office page, checked October 14, 2026.
Which cases go to this office?
Whether your case belongs here depends on California law, not on whether your ZIP code happens to be nearby.
The DWC's ZIP code locator can show which district office currently handles filings from a given ZIP code. It is a convenience tool. It does not decide legal venue. Under California Labor Code section 5501.5, venue is based on the county where the injured worker lives on the filing date, the county where the injury (or the last injurious exposure, for a cumulative trauma claim) happened, or the county where the worker's attorney keeps a principal office, when the worker is represented. If none of those counties has an appeals board office, the law sends the case to the nearest qualifying office.
The Lodi office currently serves filings connected to these cities:
Your hearing notice or the DWC ZIP code locator will show the office handling your claim today. If you are unsure, call the office or ask the Information and Assistance Unit (I&A Unit), described next.
What happens there?
The Lodi office holds workers' compensation hearings and settlement conferences, and it houses two DWC help units.
Two units work out of the Lodi office. The Disability Evaluation Unit rates permanent disability for certain disputed claims. The I&A Unit answers general questions about the workers' compensation process, mainly for people who do not have a lawyer. Neither unit gives legal advice or represents either side.
The office also runs a free injured worker workshop by Zoom. According to the DWC, it meets at 3 p.m. on the first Friday of each month in English and the third Friday of each month in Spanish. The workshop explains the claims process in plain language.
Can you attend by video or phone?
Yes, for most conferences. Trials and similar in-person hearings still happen at the office.
Since March 3, 2025, the DWC has used the CourtCall Video Platform for status conferences, mandatory settlement conferences, priority conferences, and lien conferences statewide, including for cases set here. Each workers' compensation judge has a virtual courtroom, and access details are posted with the hearing notice. Trials, lien trials, and expedited hearings are still held in person.
Judge assignments and virtual courtroom links change and are posted directly by the DWC, so this page does not list them. See the official DWC Virtual Courtroom Resources page for current links and a how-to guide before your hearing.
How do you get there and park?
The office is at 3021 Reynolds Ranch Pkwy, Suite 130, Lodi, CA 95240, with free parking on site.
According to the DWC, the office is served by bus routes from the San Joaquin Rapid Transit District, and the DWC posts driving directions on its office page. Free parking is available around the building. The DWC asks visitors not to park in spots assigned to specific tenants.
What should you bring?
Bring photo identification and any hearing notice or paperwork you received, and plan to arrive during lobby hours.
The lobby opens 30 minutes before the morning court session and stays open five days a week, except holidays. Documents can be date stamped and filed at the information desk in the lobby. Walk-in hours for filing and questions are 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, according to the DWC.
The DWC asks that you not bring children to court. If you are not sure what to bring for your specific hearing, call the office or ask the I&A Unit before your court date.
